Bolster Group - Looking to the Future

Bolster Construction has many projects in the pipeline that are currently at the design and planning stage. For further details of these developments, see below. If you wish to enquire about any of our current or upcoming projects, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Waterford Stanley site

The location of the old Waterford Stanley building is a significant 13-acre waterfront site on the banks of the River Suir in Waterford. This site was recently zoned, enabling a mixed development of residential, retail and commercial properties to be built. This exciting development will, in essence, create a new urban quarter for Waterford, will provide hundreds of jobs and will, at completion, be worth approximately €150 million. Check our website for regular updates on this project.

Tramore tourism complex

Bolster Construction, in joint partnership with one of Ireland's most successful developers, Jerry Conlon of the Quinby Group, has recently proposed a new integrated tourism complex for Tramore. This complex will include a Jack Nicklaus 18-hole championship golf course and a hotel complex containing lodges and residential units. With a total investment in the region of €70 million, this project will create many jobs, during and after construction.

Bolster Group in Poland

As part of a diversification programme in 2005, Bolster Construction travelled to many countries with a view to expanding the company internationally. Due to Poland's location between East and West and the rapid growth in its property market, it was chosen as the ideal setting for future development by the Bolster Group. It was believed that a considerable investment would be required in order to establish the company abroad.
