With the varied cross section of projects which Bolster Construction has produced meant its next venture into the leisure development was a normal progression. Bolster Construction under the joint partnership with one of Irelands most successful developers Jerry Conlon of the Quinby Group together are proposing a new integrated tourism complex for Tramore which will include a Jack Nicklaus 18 hole Championship Golf Course, Hotel Complex with Lodges and Residential Units with a total investment in the region of €70 million.
